Note: These terms are a product-ready draft for Supproxy and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

Acceptance

By accessing Supproxy, creating an account, requesting a top-up, buying traffic, or using proxy credentials, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Supproxy provides access to proxy traffic packages, account balance tools, gateway credentials, proxy configuration controls, and generated proxy lists. Proxy access may depend on upstream gateway availability, account status, traffic balance, location filters, and operational review.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, authentication tokens, proxy login, and gateway password secure. You must not resell, publish, share, or expose credentials unless Supproxy has approved that use. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or proxy credentials.

Acceptable use

You may use Supproxy only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm users, networks, websites, providers, or the service. You must not use Supproxy for:

  • Spam, phishing, credential attacks, malware, botnet activity, or unauthorized access.
  • Fraud, payment abuse, account takeover, scraping that violates law or third-party rights, or bypassing security controls.
  • Harassment, illegal content, intellectual property abuse, or activity that causes network disruption.
  • Any use that violates applicable law, provider rules, or enforceable third-party website terms.

Traffic, payments, and top-ups

Traffic packages and balances are shown in the dashboard. Top-up requests may require proof review and operator approval before balance is added. Prices, package availability, traffic accounting, and provider costs may change. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, completed traffic purchases and used traffic are not refundable.

Availability and changes

Supproxy is provided on an as-available basis. Gateway routes, countries, states, cities, ZIP codes, ASNs, protocols, sticky sessions, and port behavior may change because of provider availability, technical maintenance, abuse controls, or network conditions.

Suspension and termination

Supproxy may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, abuses provider networks, has payment problems, or creates legal or security exposure. We may also remove or rotate credentials to protect the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Supproxy disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Your exclusive remedy for service dissatisfaction is to stop using Supproxy, unless a separate written agreement provides another remedy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, providers, laws, or operational practices change. Continued use of Supproxy after updates means you accept the revised terms.
