We collect the information needed to operate accounts, traffic packages, and gateway access:
- Account details such as name, email address, password credentials, and authentication tokens.
- Top-up request details such as traffic amount, proof reference, transaction status, and related support notes.
- Proxy account details such as generated login, gateway password, traffic balance, package type, and configuration preferences.
- Usage and security data such as IP address, browser type, device data, request timing, API errors, and abuse-prevention logs.
- Location filter selections such as country, state, city, ZIP code, ASN, protocol, and session settings.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, protect the platform, and support user requests. That includes account sign-in, traffic provisioning, balance display, proxy credential delivery, payment review, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, customer support, service monitoring, and product improvement.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the dashboard, maintain account history, resolve disputes, detect abuse, comply with law, and operate security controls. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a proxy traffic service, but no internet service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can sign in to review account and transaction information available in the dashboard. You may request account updates, deletion, or support through your usual Supproxy operator channel. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction history.
Children
Supproxy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to Supproxy, contact the operator channel used for your account so the issue can be reviewed.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, laws, or operational practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
